TC’S STANDARDS COMMITTEE

Here at TC's we are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for our members.  To this end we are keen to hear from interested members who would like to be considered to join our newly formed ‘Standards Committee’.   We are looking for 10 members to spend approximately 2 to 3 hours per month discussing future tournaments, events and the general running of the club.  In return we will invite committee members to enjoy a free entry into a scheduled tournament each month at our expense.

Here at TC's we pride ourselves on having a varied and interesting poker schedule with unique events that we hope appeal to our members.  The newest additions to the poker schedule being Thursday’s £30 triple chance tournament  and the return of the ever popular £40 deep stack freeze-out on Tuesdays.  Alongside the poker schedule there is also a ground swell of Backgammon and Chess players who are now taking advantage of the clubs facilities.  Recently some old favourites have been re-introduced on a daily basis such as Cribbage and Kalooki.

Nearly 75% of those who voted wanted more places to be paid out at TC Sports.  The rest thought that pay outs are ok or fewer places should be paid.  Thanks again for voting, I’ll pass the results on to Allan.

THE WINTER/SPRING  POKER LEAGUE IS NOW RUNNING

All tournament scores count towards the league on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri nights.

League ends on 20th May.
